At LevelPep, we are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final.
Returns:
For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened, used, or tampered products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Issues:
LevelPep is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Refund Eligibility:
Refunds may be considered only in cases where:
