ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier.
TRACKING INFORMATION
Customers will receive tracking information when available after their order has been processed and shipped.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
LevelPep is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, LevelPep is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or carrier-related issues.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and contents.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
